My FIRST and LAST time at this place. Our waiter came to our table smelling like a lit cigarette I wondered if he even washed his hands. We were seated for over 20min and others that came in AFTER us (somehow) got their food BEFORE us. Food finally came and my fries were cold along with my steak tacos. Another guest in my party ordered a burger and said it was good until he found the BIG pieces of onion skin in his burger. I wish I can give this place ZERO stars but the only great thing about it is the parking space we had. Never will i EVER go back. Luckily I wasn't the one paying because EVERYTHING would have been removed off the bill along with the tip.
Curbside take out came out immediately. Food was great! Packaged neatly. Prices are fair. The food is less greasy & salty than Texas Roadhouse. This is actually one of my favorites in the area. I beg they do not give me a reason to lower the five star rating.
The server has his favorites customers and he serves them properly and rest crowd doesn’t get served. This guy has been working here from long time and doesn’t understand the concept of good treatment.
We waited about 20 minutes before we had any service. As we walked into the restaurant we told the guy that sat us that they had two signs in the middle of the parking lot that were blown over. We watched another staff member walk in who happened to walk right by the blown over signs. Then the restroom was quite dirty. Have to say the food was great.
Always have a great time when I go there. The staff and management are very friendly and the food is awesome. Will return soon!!
