Very incompetent people. Whoever I spoke to on the phone made a reservation for me & gave me a confirmation number. Without my knowledge the reservation was transferred to another location & that location could not pick me up from my auto shop. I had to transfer it back to this location and then was told they had no cars on the lot & it could take up to an hour. The man I spoke to also tried to makeup names of cities that my reservation was booked under which were totally untrue. He also tried to mention some ladies names to put blame on whoever i spoke to in the first place.. names that I had never mentioned either. Taking my services elsewhere & will never book with this enterprise again.

Customer service is great. Drivers who pick me up before rental and take me home after rental are courteous and friendly. I use rental for leisure, but trips are long, usually around 2000 miles. Never had any problems with any of tgwe cars I have rented while on the road. I highly recomend Enterprise.

Taylor was very considerate and astute to my 'ineptness'; demonstrating patience while I was busy texting. Brian is still on-board there. He's definetly managerial material!
I always rent my cars here. Great offers, great cars and excellent service. Frank, Brian, Jason and Dedeji always make sure my needs are met. Also if you need a pick up or a drop off Rich or Joey the drivers are very pleasant and accommodating.
