My wife and I had a fantastic experience recently. Tom our salesman and Will (sale person in training) took great care of us and went out of their way to make the buying process as painless (and FUN) as possible. We did get to talk to the store manager, Ed. Ed was knowledgeable, personable, and we had a blast chatting with him. All in all, we got awesome furniture at a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend a stop at this furniture store.
Moe was incredibly helpful when I came in shopping for a new mattress. I was surprised and eased with his intense knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. After a long week of mattress shopping and back pain on my current mattress I still had found nothing until I came to this store. Moe explained to me exactly what I should consider when buying the new mattress and what would be best for my aches and pains and comfort. My experience at the other mattress stores was just to pick what was comfy and expensive for them to make a sale. I am confident I picked the right mattress with his help. His patience, knowledge, and help made a huge difference in my shopping experience. I couldn't thank him enough.
Went to buy a new king size bed with my wife. The sales person Abe was awesome. He was friendly and made recommendations that worked best for us and our budget. He wasn’t your usual sales person trying to push high priced items. If you go to this Ashley’s store ask for Abe. You won’t be disappointed
Sal at the Green Brook store was such a pleasure to work with. We purchased a queen bedroom set, living room set, sofa bed and dining set... but my husband and I never felt pressured or pushed to buy anything. However, the store selection and Sal’s excellent customer service compelled us to buy all these items in one night. We walked in the store and had no idea we’d check so much off our to do list. He was amazing and professional. We left the store confident that we got everything we needed at the right price.
We went to Ashley today just to look around but were amazed by the customer service we received. Abe greeted us as soon as we walked in and showed us around. He let us take a look at everything at our own speed and was there to answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up finding the living room set we wanted and Abe made the purchasing very easy for us. Everyone that worked there seemed to be in a good mood too
