I bought my parents a pellet stove as a gift several years ago. Unfortunately, the company I purchased it from, did not provide follow up maintenance. It was soon after that, that I spiraled into a world of overblown, unskilled stove repair "experts" who clearly did not understand how the stove worked or how to fix the sporadic breakdowns. I spent hundreds of dollars on these unscrupulous repairmen, who provided temporary fixes to ongoing, existing problems. I was recently introduced to the adept team at Home Energy. They understood the ins and outs of the pellet stove and were able to diagnose the problem and remedy it, without hesitation. They were highly skilled and very warm and friendly--I trusted them implicitly. Now, the stove's running like a charm. My only regret is that I wasn't introduced to them sooner! Thank you so much.

He helped me with my old Conestoga Wood Burning Fireplace that i had never used and spent the time to trouble shoot my issues and gave me advice on how to correctly fix my blower and seal my doors. I had a great experience from start to finish and that is very important to me. Fireplace came out beautiful. Some contractors don't follow through. These guys are very knowledgable and make sure the workspace is clean each day. I liked the different ideas the designer came up with so we had options. I am really glad I found them on Route 22.
