Great views of the valley and you can see the city from here on a clear day. Wish the hiking trails were better.
In a clear day, you can see Downtown Manhattan from this park. It is a perfect place for shooting around nature. Loved it!

This area was used by General George Washington in 1777 to monitor the British troops during the American Civil War. Although this park is 52 acres, the active area of the park is smaller due to the mountainous terrain. This park has awesome views letting you see as far south as Central New Jersey and the New York City skyline to the left. If you go, I'd recommend bringing your binoculars with you, or you may use one of the two stationary binoculars that are in the park. Note that the parking lot is on the opposite side of the quiet street.
Its a small but beautiful park. You can see the distant New York skyline on a clear day from here. For history lovers, there is also a history attached to this. It has small picnic spot that makes it suitable for a family visit as well.
