For a place that's supposed to be a fast food restaurant, it's anything but that. The last two times I was there it took about 20 minutes to get my order each time. Also, they messed up my first order and I had to drive back so they could fix it. It was my first time trying the burgers (I purposely avoided trying them) and I no longer need them in my life. Smashburger is way faster and better quality too. Save your money and go elsewhere.
When did White Castle become the SLOWEST place to get a burger? The counter is treated as an afterthought. The only way to motivate the staff is to go to the dive up and offer to wait at the pickup window for your order. Good luck!
First time at the new place. Different. Cashier took her time taking our order. Not too pleasant.
I have come here now twice. Every time I've been here the staff has been incredibly kind. I am not from the area and they are very patient when ordering. The food is tasty and inexpensive. They also have a create your own soda fountain to where you can add different flavors to different sodas and that's always fun. The next time I am in the area I will most likely stop here again.

A very good White Castle location. Our food took a little longer than expected at the drive thru, but was fresh and delicious! The staff was also very kind; A+ service!
Food wait was good. Burgers were great. Fries not good..not very hot and sort of chewy. Not what we remembered.
