We were at public storage 21015 today and received great service from Juan and Sean. Their personalities were nothing short of phenomenal.

When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by Sean. He made the entire process very simple. He showed me my storage unit. The storage unit and the grounds are very clean. Before leaving Sean made sure that I have a complete understanding of the gate usage and hours. Sean's professionalism was refreshing and I wish that all customer facing people were like that.
